It is always better to try on a few different sites and different servers to understand why sometimes you are always getting slow internet speeds. Be careful when trying on speed test that was made specifically for that telco company for result may be Bias. At the end of the day user experience is the most important thing to remember. No point getting fast number result but not achieving what is expected of.
